Cancellations & Returns
We provide refund if you are not satisfied with our products or if you don't receive our products in specified time. We are committed to provide best quality services to our customers.
Our policy lasts for 30 days. We will refund you if you are not satisfied with our products within 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases or purchased on additional discounts obtained by making your own offer.
Also, items which are Reconditioned/Refurbished will not be exchanged or refunded. These are at final sale.
If you wish to return merchandise for whatever reason, you must send a request to email@example.com within 3 BUSINESS DAYS of receiving the package, according to the tracking number. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.
Your return request email must include:
- Order number
- Item Name: Variant, Quantity & Color
- Reason for return
- Photos of the merchandise you wish to return
Once your request has been approved, you will reecive an email having Return Merchandise Authorization number.
Merchandise must be shipped back within 2 DAYS of receiving approval along with RMA#. If you do not ship within the 2 day period, your return will be cancelled. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We may also consider offering you gift card of full/certain value and discretion of issuing a gift card will be solely ours. Remember, there is 20% re-stocking, handling & processing fees applicable to all approved refunds and also shipping costs are non-refundable.
Unwanted Returns: Unwanted product returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Merchandise must be in the unused condition and in original packing only. The customer will also be responsible for the return shipping cost.
Refused Delivery: Returns falling under this category will be treated as "Unwanted Returns", consequently they will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. The customer will also be responsible for the return shipping cost incurred by the action of refusing the delivery.
Defective Items: A customer must return merchandise at their expense within 3 days from the date of delivery with prior Return Merchandise Authorization number. If an exchange is not requested at the issuing time of the RMA and automatic store credit will be applied once merchandise is returned back to us. Please ask for return shipping address.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items or items under clearance cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Please look at the sizes of the Clothing or Shoes items etc. Sizes usually fits smaller than usual. Please ask us for size info, if not mentioned with an item. We won't be able to issue you refund or exchange, if it is a size based issue on any product or any other issue which doesn't govern our refund policy.
Reconditioned or Refurbished items
Unfortunately, we won’t be able to exchange or refund Reconditioned or Refurbished items. Reconditioned or Refurbished items are at final sale.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and ask us for return address. There will be 20% re-stocking, handling & order re-processing fees applicable to all approved exchanges and shipping costs are non-refundable and will be borne by the customers.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Orders placed before 3pm (Mon-Fri) are usually shipped the same day. Delivery of goods usually takes 2-5 business days; however it may take upto 7-14 business days for certain destinations. We always inform you about your tracking codes via email as soon as your items are shipped. Please look at your SPAM MAIL folder, if you don't find in your INBOX before contacting us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We aren't responsible for any Customs fees. Customers are responsible for paying Customs fees, if any.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $25, you must ship using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
